Holman Recovery Center is grateful to work with a diverse network of organizations that refer clients to our program. Before you refer us a patient, please ensure that the have an SUD Assessment completed within the past 30 days and have completed/scheduled for or currently in detox.

Please fax admission applications to: (360) 502-8600. We ask you to include a current ASAM assessment, our referral sheet, and an ROI. You can use our ROI at that link or we can accept outside agency’s ROIs.

We reserve a number of our beds up to 7 days for patients completing detox, so please contact us as soon as the client enters detox to schedule their bed with us. If the client is discharging detox soon, we also reserve a few same day beds and will work to assist you. We are generally able to get patients in quickly.

We accept all Washington Apple Health/Medicaid, including King County residents. We also accept Cigna, UHC commercial, Regence, First Choice Health, HMA, Asuris, Tricare, and most Cascade Select marketplace plans. We can also usually accept clients with Medicare who are residents of the North Sound region.

· Holman Recovery Center is a level 3.5 residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program. Eligible participants must be 18 years or older, and have a substance use disorder as their primary diagnosis.

· We are unable to accept patients with severe and/or persistent mental illness or physical health conditions that would require staff assistance. We are not a co-occurring facility.

· Individuals expected to experience withdrawal symptoms will be required to receive withdrawal management (detox) services prior to admission.

· Here is information on what clients can and cannot bring. Please note that clients are limited to ONE SUITCASE.

· We require our referral sheet to be filled out and for accurate information to be included about client’s current medical status. We require the question about amount of daily medications to be filled out. If this is not filled out or inaccurate, or if a client presents with undisclosed conditions such as open wounds or diabetes that have not been reviewed by our medical director, we may not be able to accept them into our program.
