In Washington State, Residential treatment facilities (RTF) and Behavioral Health Agencies (BHA) are licensed, community-based facilities that provide 24-hour inpatient care for people with mental health and/or chemical dependency disorders in a residential treatment setting. Holman Recovery Center currently has approved, active RTF and BHA licenses through the Washington State Department of Health.
